Our high standards are reflected in our inspection scores, which consistently range in the mid to upper 90s, from HUD REAC/NSPIRE to bank, insurance and other local or NYS agency inspections.
Our focus is on a preventative maintenance program, which includes conducting routine apartment inspections, and having scheduled building system maintenance throughout each property. We address concerns found during these inspections promptly. We take a pro-active approach to protect the integrity of the properties we manage. We have built strong relationships with our trusted contractors over the years, who will aid in this process.

LIHTC Properties & Compliance
Our team is highly versed in all LIHTC rules and regulations, which will ensure that your property is kept in compliance with Tax Credit requirements. We manage tenant eligibility and annual income verifications while providing compliance reporting to all required parties.
Since 2000, CHMC has marketed and rented up 9 new construction LIHTC properties, as well as 17 HUD properties that were converted to LIHTC with tenants in place (see CHMC Portfolio).
